potterycountry Hi The waist is 16 inches measured across laying flat but the sleeves measured from the sleeve seam down to the wrist is 22 inches . The number 16 inches came from the underarm seam to the wrist (or end of the sleeve)

potterycountry @bellarose459 Hi I am sorry to hear that it won’t work for you . But I see you added a lace & feather hat to your bundle . I am planning on listing a few more lace hats as well as other interesting one . You may like . There is a lace one that I found that reminded me of years ago when we couldn’t go into are church unless our head was covered . it also has a comb already attached as well as two velvet type bows I will be listing that one first .

bellarose459 @potterycountry I have quite a few vintage already. Considering finance & space. That is why I haven’t purchased yet. Considering this one for w black tie wedding in September. If I get it, I will probably be the only one with a head covering. But I can take the pressure!! You have some nice things and good customer service! I love old & new. You have a great closet!! Hopefully I will start my closet next month.

hoarderhaven Sorry unhappy with the scarf?. I used to run my store myself but since I became Bedridden in Excruciating pain at 75, I have to hire help including measurements so it either was a typo or I was given wrong info. I tried to explain on my homepage I’m not as fast shipper like others anymore. With no car or printer I hire someone to drive to UPS to get the label, sometimes they don’t even have the label. The mailboxes are locked on the weekends here
