berthaduckett I received the dress today; thanks a lot for the prompt shipment. However, you indicated in the description “There are absolutely no flaws and it is in wonderful condition”. However, when I got it, one of the hooks to secure the skirt is gone, a couple of the stones are loose and about to fall off, and the top has a good amount of make up around the neck line on the inside. ... please read more in next message

berthaduckett So, by the time I get these things fixed and get it dry cleaned, I am going to end up spending other 100 dollars. This is more that I was planning on spending. Is there any way you could give me a lower price. I just when you said “there were absolutely no flaws”, I was expecting not having to do any of this.
