I want to apologize for the delay your order. I had the post office pick up the packages on Thursday morning. I received the email that they were picked up, but were not tracking. I am sorry you are not happy with your purchase. Most of the shoes i sell with out tags are display models. I would be happy to refund your money. You can send the shoes back yo me and I will refund the cost of the shoes along with both shipping costs. I do not misrepresent any of my items and want my buyers to be happy with their purchase. please let me know if you will be returning the shoes for a refund. I have never had an unhappy customer in my 15 years of selling on Ebay

Hi. I appreciate the offer but I will keep them. I used to own the same style and wore them out. When I saw the heels were marked and appeared to have a few signs of wear I was disappointed. I do like the style and will wear them.
