liljett Julie, thanks for your quick reply...I apologize about the pouch..I unwrapped another package at the same time I unwrapped yours and the pouch got buried in all the wrappings..but I have it... as far as the stamp.. I would think that a piece like that would have a very definite stamp..there’s plenty of room...and in researching many other “Big” Alexis Bittar pieces online, they all had the same stamp..so I still have concerns about the authenticity of this piece...

juliemartin1 just been reviewing my photos there are 3 stamps right by where it says.925 photo is a little hard for me to read but it looks like its stamped Alexis Bittar you may need a magnifying glass let me know what it reads

liljett Waited till this am for better light... used a jewelers loupe and the stamp does not say Alexis Bittar... it says TJ-M2 or TI-M2 or close to that...after looking endlessly online last night for another piece like this one, in vintage Alexis bittar etc. but no luck... I did find out that M2 means makers mark...so I thought I would try sending the pics to the Alexis Bittar main office, and am waiting to see what they say...just an update... I’ll let you know immediately if I hear anything...

liljett Hi Julie... still no word from Alexis Bittar Home Office...was probably a long shot... I still really like the necklace, although still doubt the authenticity from all the stamps and tags on all the other Alexis Bittar jewelry online... do you have any suggestions? I was really hoping to finally have a piece of A B jewelry, but would be willing to keep the necklace if perhaps a possible price adjustment. Let me know what you think.. thanks. Beth

juliemartin1 so sorry for the mix up I wish they could have been able to read that stamp that certainly would tell me more about the piece I will take it back to a jeweler to see if they can read it for me really would like to know the artist I guess this is another lesson that I have learned Thankyou
