@bex_inmt Hi Bex. I felt the same way when I started but finally realized the “trick” so to speak. All u need is 30 minutes a day. Type in “30 minute method” on youtube and watch a video. It explains it all. This should be fun!! Let me know after you’ve seen a video. Talk soon ☺️
