bheat16 @crombiexfitch thank you. I really don’t want to have to return it. When I powered it on when I first received it, it seemed to work fine. Then within an hour it started glitching then took foreverrrrr to process an update. After trying all night last night and all day today I called the Fitbit help line and they forced the update thru.

bheat16 @crombiexfitch It is working better now but still a little glitchy. I would love to keep it but I just don’t want to have spent so much money on something that is broken. If it’s ok with you I will try it out through the weekend and see if everything is ok and we can go from there.

bheat16 @crombiexfitch hi. I talked to Poshmark and they said they are unable to process the refund. I can make a post on my account for watch and you could purchase back. This is the only way I can get a refund for the broken watch. Again I happy to send you videos of what it is doing. I have done hourrrs of troubleshooting to fix it and nothing works. Let me know if this works for you. If not, I guess I am just out $70 for a broken watch.
