Hi, I see you just gave me a 3 star rating for the kimono you purchased from me and said I need to improve the overall cleanliness? Can you give me specific examples of how to improve, or how this item failed you? I’d rather you had initiated a return if you were unhappy with the quality of the item.

I love the item itself & want it. It smells SO bad. When it arrived I thought I'll just fix it things happen. There are enough negative people in the world. I have hand washed it three times, each time hanging it out to dry, I have researched ways to clean each time trying something different. I am looking at taking it to a cleaner next. Price was well, shipping great, and if I had gotten the smell out the first time I wouldn't have said anything at all but Im still trying to get it out
