foxarazzi Hi Blaire, the weirdest thing happened- your package with the tshirt that never showed in the system mysteriously arrived today. It says "undeliverable" on the address. Is it possible your address in Posh is incorrect? I know you were looking forward to this, so wanted to reach out to you to see if there was an address error and if you'd like me to resend it. 😊 USPS has also been known to make errors so it's hard to say what happened. shopwithkendall Hi Blaire, I just wanted to try and reach you some way. I mailed out your shorts that you ordered but they are being returned to sender because it says that you moved and didn’t change your address? Perhaps your address in Poshmark’s system needs to be updated?

I just was delivered something else from poshmark and just so you know the other seller is an idiot who sent it to the wrong address when I lived in Tennessee 2 years ago! You’ll get your shorts back and I’ll get my money back. Do NOT resend!!

shopwithkendall @crabtreeb okay none of my comments were intended to be rude so sorry you feel that way. This is the exact message I have on my end “Your item was returned to the sender on August 13, 2019 at 11:42 am in LAS VEGAS, NV 89121 because the addressee moved and left no forwarding address.” I printed and used the label that was emailed to me by Poshmark. So honestly I don’t know what I could have done differently. Unfortunate situation all around. Have a good day.

foxarazzi @crabtreeb not at all true. Your shipment was sent out right away and returned because of wrong address and you never replied. All good. You have it happening again so it’s clearly still an issue

foxarazzi We use the labels generated by posh with your address we just hit print. So any problem with the label would be a correction you need to make. Don’t shoot the messenger. I’m assuming you want your items. You might want to resolve the issue before it happens again.

shopwithkendall @crabtreeb I reached out to customer support yesterday and they responded this morning saying I am not able to do anything when it comes to a refund to you. I can’t cancel the order because it says it’s completed. They said that you need to contact them and they’d be happy to assist you. Sorry I can’t be of more assistance.
