leepeace @msbobbieme maybe your mail was full or no one was home to pick package up when postman delivered it. Im not sure of the reasons because I live in NY, not sure how they operate in Georgia. I apologize for USPS behalf.

heatherwebb900 Hi, I just received your notification and really wish that you would have messaged me, before leaving the rating. Apparently you didn't read the listing, but it clearly states that the charms are LJC brand, not Pandora (hence the price). The bracelet alone is $200, with 13 rose gold Pandora charms, the price would have definitely been well more than $100. I sell Pandora bracelets with various brands of more affordable charms, which my customers seem to love.

Again, I am terribly sorry that you didn't read the listing, but if you go back and look it's clearly stated. Also, I would have been happy to refund your bracelet, but now that it's been rated, Poshmark will not allow me to do so.

heatherwebb900 That's why it's always best to reach out to the seller first. most sellers are more than happy to do whatever it takes to make their customers 100% happy. no one really benefited from this, as now I can't refund your order and I have a rating that leads my customers to believe I lied, which is simply untrue. Again, I am terribly sorry that this happened and just wish you would have given me an opportunity to refund your order for you.
