I noticed that you didn't give a 5* rating and I would love to know what I could have done better. As a Posh Ambassador, I strive for 5* ratings with each purchase and want to make my customers happy (with personal notes and cute wrapping). I definitely don't want to leave someone with a 4* experience, so I would love to hear your feedback so that I can continue to improve. Thanks!

bon_ @bizewife Oh no my apologies, I'm new to Poshmark and I thought it was asking for the overall review. The reason why I marked 4* instead of 5* was because it took longer then I was expecting to get to me and said it had arrived to me before I received it so that had kind of worried me. The finishing touches that you had made were lovely, do you know if I can change it?

manolife @bon_ aw sweetie you are too kind. I think you can if you go to your purchases tab and then re/rate. No idea if it’ll change but it may. They put the function in because many didn’t realize the rating system and then wanted to change. Agreed on time though and so sorry it took so long. I think our weather really messed things up on the east coast.

bon_ @jackiemlewis Hello I apologize for the confusion but the Alo jacket I posted clearly said ISO and in the description I stated that it was not for sale and that I was looking to purchase it. I am somewhat new to Poshmark and I saw many poshers post items they were looking for the same way that I did. I hope that you won't run into this problem again in the future, the description of the item you're trying to buy is very important to read. Good luck with your future purchases and sales.
