ajschoultz Hi Bonnie, I apologize for the delay in shipping the Hugo Boss tie you purchased. At first it was the snowstorm that caused some delay , but now we’re having difficulty locating it in our climate-controlled storage space. I maintain a good system there, and it’s never happened before. I understand if you want to cancel at any time… I will certainly let you know when we find it.
