Brandie, I wanted to say thank you for your constructive criticism. I am so sorry the fit was not right. It would be helpful to my customers to have measurements in advance. It may take a little extra time but a better sale for the customer would be worth it. I take my stars seriously. I’ve turned this into a job and I was taught long ago you don’t do any job half-ass (pardon the language). My closet is open to you and I would like to offer you your choice of a shoe or bag.
