brandydaniels94 @jspotboutique I do actually have a question. I just ordered a belt and it says it's supposed to be authentic, but afterward I looked on the profile and it looks like they've sold a lot of the sand belt. If the item I get isn't what I ordered or I don't get it at all what do I do?

jspotboutique @brandydaniels94 You will go to your purchase and do not hit accept purchase. If it is not as described or a replica then you do not hit accept. Hit the problem/inquiry button and explain your problem and take pics for proof. Offer any proof you have. Poshmark will settle it. The seller can offer proof too. If it's fake I doubt they will say much. If they sold it to you really really cheap it probably is fake so you have to decide if it's worth keeping of not.

jspotboutique Just don't hit accept unless you plan to keep it. You can hit accept and keep it and still rate the seller and say you believe it to be fake and why you believe that. If you don't want to keep it you will hit problem/inquiry to open a case with Poshmark. They will decide. If you prove your case they will send you a shipping label to return the item to the seller. Then they will refund you.

jspotboutique If something is a luxury item and priced way too low it's probably a replica. It's just up to you now if you think it's worth keeping. People are not supposed to sale fake items on here. You can go to that listing and hit the button in upper right corner to report them if you want too. Thanks.

jspotboutique @brandydaniels94 that's when you order more than one thing from one particular closet.... It saves you money on shipping and usually you get a discount from that poster if you buy 2 or more or 3 or more items from them. It does all have to come from the same closet to work.
