@bres1989 Dear Buyer, Truly sorry about the shoe situation. This shoe becomes a nightmare. Few customer liked them and other few made the same comment. I would be willing to accept the return. I have done all possible effort prior to sell, providing best possible customer service. Is there way you could change the rating, would hurt my small business. My goal is, end of the day, make the customer happy. Please let me know what else I could do to earn your business

@peerposted Thank you for contacting me in regards to my order. I was very disappointed to receive the shoes and they were the wrong size and were men’s not women’s like I ordered. I absolutely hate leaving a review like I did but I felt I did not receive what I truly thought I was purchasing. With that being said I appreciate you reaching out. I would be interested in returning the shoes. I would absolutely change my rating if I can return the shoes. Thank you

@bres1989Dear buyer, that M does not stand for Man. Its size medium for that particular shoe. Please check the Tom site you would notice that, as needed, I could send you more detail. All I am saying, I would like to work with you to improve the rating. Truly there is a miscommunication. All my clients I got 5 star. Please let me know

@peerposted I checked the toms website and I don’t believe that is correct. The m is for men’s size 10. I ordered the same shoe in a women’s size 10 and they fit. The shoes you sent me did not.

@peerposted I’m not trying to be rude but your just plain wrong. I know what you sent me was a men’s size 10 shoe. I’ve have looked at the website myself multiple times and the shoe will show either a men’s or women’s shoe and the size. If you hold the shoe with the toe pointing up towards the sky, that’s how you can tell if it’s a M or a W.

@peerposted Upon your suggestion I opened a formal complaint with the Poshmark. I was refunded the full amount for my order. I would like to thank you for continuing to resolve the issue. Although I was originally disappointed in my order, due to the shoes being the wrong size. I wanted to now say that I am absolutely satisfied with your service to me as your customer. You absolutely continued to help me until the issue was resolved. Thank you. I am definitely happy with your customer service!
