Also, twice after purchasing an item and waiting for several weeks for it to be shipped, the order was cancelled with no explanation. Though my money was returned, I was not happy. I contacted the seller and all she said was she donated the item to someone

I am not sure how this dress ended up in my purchases because I had never seen the dress until I was going through my purchases to cancel an outfit that I purchased on August 1st but had not been shipped yet. I sent several texts to seller but she never responded. I had not been on Poshmark for a couple of days so I was shocked to see this purchase. grove12805 @naterbug01 You can always cancel orders if not shipped yet. But, if it's sent then you have to file case at poshmark for them to assist you the process. If you have problem with a seller and not responding you can always contact Poshmark for your concern. Everything is in the apps. Hope that help.
