brendaschuch @shoediva2021 I’m frustrated with Poshmark, my account keeps locking up and now it says they have to verify my ID. All I want is a dress for my daughter’s wedding in two weeks. I thought I purchased one but I heard nothing from the seller. I’ve contacted customer service numerous times.

You said you thought you purchased something from a seller. Did you get a confirmation that it was purchased or if it was being shipped?

brendaschuch @shoediva2021 I haven’t heard anything back from customer service. My husband told me not to scan my driver’s license. We are both wondering why they are verifying the information if I haven’t made a purchase. I tried to purchase a dress but I haven’t heard if it had shipped and my credit card hasn’t been charged. Hopefully, someone will contact me on Monday.
