uvafenix hello Bridget! you purchased a lululemon joggers from my closet! I have sent you a wrong item by mistake. I am very sorry. I already got in touch with poshmark support. uvafenix @bridget8954 Hello Bridget! I just saw you received the package, There is an option for you to report the case. Choose the option from the menu problems/ inquires. I haven't get answer from poshmark yet, I was said to wait until you received the package to start the process.I am very sorry for the inconvenience.

uvafenix @bridget8954 thank you very much! I already wrote them twice asking for a new label, but apparently the process won't start until the buyer reports the issue. I hope they solve this soon.

uvafenix @bridget8954 Hello! the return case was approved. Poshmark'll send you a label for you to return the item back to me. I'm really sorry for the hassle it causes you. Once the shipping starts tracking I can accept the order immediately, so you don't have to wait to get your money. The Lululemon pants'll be available for purchase, I totally understand if you don't want to buy them again. But if you give us a second chance I will include a special tumbler in your order as a gift for your patience.

I sent just one more package along with yours, and the buyer got it right already.

I literally was quoting a label in USPS for sending you another lululemon pair I have in your size in case those were lost forever. Thanks for being so patient and understanding of the situation.
