Hi Brit, I just read the review you left for the Nicole Miller dress you’d recently purchased from me. I am so sorry to hear you were disappointed and that the item did not fit! Had you simply let poshmark know within the 3 day window I would have had no problem accepting a return.

I pride myself on customer satisfaction as evidenced by my 5 star average review rate. I work full time and have a 2 year old so I am unable to measure every item before I I list it. However, I am always happy to provide exact measurements when asked.

To avoid future disappointments I’d suggest you always request exact measurements prior to purchasing anything as variations in sizing do occur between different brands and especially with preloved clothing. Hope that is helpful. Have a blessed week! ❤️

@amorousdaisy the green frock is very pretty and I LOVE the rose pants! The floral dress was super tiny but I thought that would be a possibility as you had described it being small. Your packaging and care was lovely and will absolutely be buying from your closet again! Thanks again!

@rebelbert got it. Just as a general tip... Buyers rate based on the seller experience, not fit. I'm sorry that the dress doesn't fit though. However, it affects any seller's ability to continue to sell on poshmark. Low ratings means they personally did something wrong. I'm glad you recognized that I described the product accurately and I would advise you to rate based on experience in the future. Hope this helps!
