Hi Brittany! I just saw you opened s case for the San Marco dress... I'm kinda confused because it's been in it's packaging inside of a suitcase since I got it, can you tell me what's wrong? I'm worried something happened during shipping or something else?

Hi, this was my first purchase on Poshmark so I wasn't sure the best way to go about getting the issue resolved. The dress had a few holes, one on the right shoulder and two near the zipper. It also had a really strong incense type smell that is going to require dry cleaning. I love the dress, but wasn't expecting to need to repair and dry clean a brand new dress before even wearing it...
