Brittany you just purchased my rolling computer bag. I never carried this as a backpack. So when I got this out to get it ready to pack, I realized that one of the straps to loosen for the backpack has been rolled over by the rollers and is frayed. I wanted to let you know that and I will be glad to send you pix before I mail and refund your money if you do not want it after you see it. It can still be loosened several inches just not the whole way. Just let me know what you want me to do? Sorry

This is for my daughter in school. She will need to carry it as well as using to wheels. If the staps are bad I may need to pass. I definitely don't want to pay what I offered for something with significant damage nor do I want to have to send the item back after being received and unwanted.
