Thanks for the 3-Star Rating? There was no damage to the piping whatsoever, and the tote you purchased is very pliable, meaning it’s very flexible and no reshaping is necessary.

@bdavi001 I am very meticulous when inspecting items long before I decide to sell them, they have to be in perfect shape. Prior to purchasing from me, you asked me if the piping will last a long time, I responded by telling you the longevity is based on your usage, climate conditions and so forth, and then you negotiated the price so low, and I, trying to be nice, agreed to the low price you bargained me down to. This is horrible.

@priveboutique I stated that you answered all my questions prior to my purchase and were pleasant to work with. I’m not complaining. There is a tear in the piping on the bottom corner but maybe it happened while in transit. I accepted the package so you’ll still get your money regardless. You harping me now about it isn’t going to change how I wrote my review. It’s simply not helpful at this point. I’m going to stop interacting with you about this topic now. I wish you well with your items.

The item for free. Which appears to be practically the intent. I would have preferred that would have been humane, and given me an opportunity to exchange it or offer a refund. But you, didn’t even afford me the opportunity.
