brittneywynne @shopbyella hi! My husband is working on trying to find a store locally that he can go try these on before purchasing to make sure they’re his size. He’s a mail man here in Central Oregon and our winters are very cold with lots of snow, so great boots are a must! I’ll get back to you! Thank you for reaching out!!

shopbyella Hi Brittney, I went to the shipping center close to my home on Friday at 4:40pm. I really wanted to send it asap so that you have it today. So, I went today to the office with my receipt and the lady at the office look into it. What I did not realize that this specific location is closed on Saturday, so the box will be shipped today and you should have the tracking number this afternoon. I will follow up on my side as well. I am sorry for this and again thank you for your purchase.

shopbyella I just came from post office. Talked to customer service, than to the Supervisor. I wanted them to find the package so I can send it to you overnight. But, good news is that package has left their facility yesterday. What happened I do not know If I completely understand. They missed either to enter barcode or tracking number. Supervisor at the USPS entered it today from my receipt and it will show up tomorrow morning. Something like this has never happened to me. I am so sorry .

brittneywynne @shopbyella my husband has only worn them for 2 days and the rubber is cracking and separating at the seam... how old are these? How were they stored?

shopbyella so very sorry to learn about it, as I hoped the boots would serve him some years to come... anyway, you're entitled for a full refund, but please do not expose me or yourself to a further expense by returning them. They indeed are a couple of years old but have been stored in a dry, closed wooden cabinets and based on their appearance and condition, I would never think that something like this would happen.

shopbyella Through Poshmark. Here is the link how to report the claim. https://support.poshmark.com/s/article/258854540?language=en_US They will give you a full refund and than take money from my account for what they paid me. Take good pictures. I personally did not go through the process but I think it is a buyer friendly.

shopbyella I look into the return policy, and it seems if you already paid you can not get the refund. Check with them, if that is the case I will refund you for the price of the boots $100 ( I received $80 from Poshmark). Let me know, how it goes.
