Hi dear , I don’t know what’s happening. With posh , but I sent them several messages requesting these new labels. Each time I do they say they’ll get back to me ASAP . At this point , I am confused as to what I should do . I am thinking , since you’ve received your money back , I’ll just go ahead and realist the item . I am so sorry for this mess .

Cleaning your Grey Cole Haans on Friday and it uncovered a scuff on the left front toe box. I have spent most off the weekend trying to polish (grey shoe cream) the scuff out. Going to cancel the order and take them to a shoe place tomorrow and see what they can do. If you still want them, I will re-list tonight at $15 and include the shoe cream and they will go out in the morning.
