dianecoco hi the waist is Approx 28" Length 38 inches Hard to give exact on waist as it as it has so many tiny pleats to be Of course smaller could wear as it falls down so naturally it has a lot of give larger by a couple inches could work too because of design. a beautiful piece sincerely diane
