Hi there! I’m so sorry, but those two tops you purchased accidentally got taken to Good Will recently and I was unaware of it :( I hate it, because they were in perfect condition and so cute! Again, so sorry about the inconvenience. I’ll leave it to you to cancel the order.

Hi Caity!! First off, thank you so much for your order!!!! ❤️🙂I just wanted to make sure & update you! I shipped your package on Friday (3 days ago), but for some reason the package has not been scanned yet by the postal service. I have no idea why. I have let poshmark know about the delay so that they may be able to investigate & see why it was not scanned on Friday afternoon. Have a wonderful day & thank you again!!

@caityh88 ofcourse, you’re very welcome!!thank you for understanding. 🤗& yes, it is unfortunately :/ I went back to the post office yesterday to double check & they told me that sometimes packages are missed & not scanned in the beginning stages but will be scanned again when it reaches your house. According to them, it was most likely sent on Friday, so I would keep an eye out on your porch just in case it gets there soon.🙂

@caityh88 hey Caity!! I actually just went to the post office again today & still nothin’. :/ it was a different one than the local one I left the package at. On Monday morning (because they were closed after 4:30 today) I’m going to go to the actual post office I left it at & speak directly again with the woman the package was specifically handed to. She swore up & down earlier this week that it was put in the system & even turned her computer screen to show me.

@caityh88 Now I’m wondering if maybe it just never left the actual local post office to go to the distribution center. I literally cannot apologize enough for the delay. 😭Nothing like this has EVER happened to me in my 3 years being on Poshmark. 😢I promise I’m doing everything I can. Thank you so much for being patient. I will message you as soon as I speak to her again!

@caityh88 I will, I promise! & truthfully, I’m not sure.🤔Just because it was in a large box (since it was multiple items) & one of the ladies at the post office said there were delays on the larger packages. I guess all we can do now is cross our fingers & hope that it shows up this weekend.🤞🏻& if not, I’ll go Monday morning & we can see what they say & go from there!
