Hi! You recently purchased a Frye bag from me. While I had ordered a cream one and the box said cream, once I opened the plastic and tissue to double check before packing, its actually cognac brown. A warm toned medium brown. I am going to have to cancel your order unless you would like the same bag but in this cognac brown color. Please let me know ASAP. Thank you and sorry for the mixup.
