Hi, had to open this chat as it won't let me on the other.
Auggghh, that tracking was not yours and your actual one is in limbo. Postal office said no tracking to do an online claim. I'm trying but is giving me an error so I have to keep trying. I don't know where is the package at this point and even if found you will not get it on time. So I understand if you cancel and I'm also working with poshmark support. I'm sorry, I have no idea were it is. But I'm still working on it.

@movimientos hi! So does that mean they never receive the package or they just have no way of tracking it? Is there a possibility that it could still be in their system? They just never scanned it or is it completely lost?

Hi, so I know they scan it because I did the line. Funny thing is I was not doing the line anymore and I did it to expedite it since you need them by tomorrow. A supervisor said since no information so they have no way of knowing were is it so file a claim. I was not happy about it but all I have is wait to see or file a claim which Im trying to do but keep getting an error. I have one order my husband did and they loose the package and arrived at my home exactly a year after in a beat box!!
