jaynelli @medicalcandi82 Hi Candace, I wanted to reach out to personally apologize that you were not able to receive the bag you were waiting on. I am extremely upset with posh and have emailed them a few times and haven’t heard back. After reading online I noticed that many users have had issues with posh authenticators as well as not getting their items back. I wanted to reach out to you and let you know that my bag in fact is authentic and I would never waste my time being a fraud and selling a fake.

jaynelli @medicalcandi82 I’ve been honest in all my sales and have all positive reviews and you can even see in my closet. Posh requested I send them money in order to received my bag back and I have but have not heard anything . Again I just wanted to reach out to apologize and let you know I am in no way a scammer or liar, and I hope they have issued you a refund, because on my end I have not received my item back even after sending the fee they requested.

jaynelli @medicalcandi82 after receiving the email I was shocked and emailed back to talk to someone and no reply, so then I made sure to call my bank which I purchased the bag from , and even called my sells associate from Louis Vuitton. I’m extremely upset even more so that they haven’t replied or heard anything back on getting my bag back! As I always do when sending items I took pictures of how I sent the bag and how there was a card for you in it.

jaynelli @medicalcandi82 I always do this to cover my end and to ensure the item I sent is in fact the item the person receives cause you can’t be to careful when sending items. So once I get my item back if i do I’ll have to make sure it was the same bag.
