Hi Cara - just letting you know that I shipped your Timbuk2 bag last Friday but for some reason it’s not tracking. I shipped out two other packages the same day and they both have already arrived. Can you check and see if yours has come? Sometimes usps delivers but doesn’t scan. Hope you enjoy the bag!

Hi there. You recently purchased some Athleta joggers from me and left a dissatisfied review. I assure you that those joggers were freshly washed and only worn once for Tryon, and my description noted that the tag was included but not attached. Perhaps you were sensitive to the scent of my laundry detergent, and for that I do apologize. I should wash with unscented. If you are displeased with the item, I’d much rather you send it back then leave a poor review.

I’m so confused about the glitter. I actually don’t even own any glitter due to allergies and fine gold glitter has never once been inn my home. I had this item dry cleaned. I place it in a clear bag to protect it in travel and have sold and packaged over 400 sales this way and this never happened before. Can you please help me understand where it came from? I’d rather you have just returned it then have given me a terrible review.
