i truly loved the bag, but literally after i put a few things in the bag and my laptop. I zipped it up and put it on my shoulder the strap tore. right at the base the threading unraveled. I will need to take it somewhere to get repaired. I think it had more ware in it than you realized. I tried to post a picture but was unable to.

Hi Carla, I’m glad that you love the shoes I sent you, but I sent a brand new with tags pair of shoes that were described exactly as sent. I was given a 4 star rating because you said the shoes were narrow at the top which is a sizing issue and is unrelated to the seller.

@cymarley you sent them in a zip lock clear bag wrapped in tissue, not in a box which would also indicate brand new therefore 4 stars.
