kellybrown250 Hi Carley! I ordered the Maeve orange dress and OMG it’s so gorgeous. However, it won’t zip up all the way in the back and I’m so so bummed out cuz I love it. I’m usually a medium so figured it would fit. Do you accept returns and if so how does that process work? I’m so sorry I really love the dress!!!

carrbugg @kellybrown250 Kelly! I’m sorry to just respond, it’s been a busy weekend. I’m so sorry that the dress didn’t fit!! That is heartbreaking. I’m new to this too & don’t know about returns (yours was my first purchase) but let me see if I can contact the costumer service and see what they do.
