thegreenpuffin Hi, I'm sorry to hear that you had a delivery problem with the ecote top. USPS reports the package as delivered. In that case, you need to make a claim through Poshmark, so that they can look into the problem for you. I couldn't tell from your comment if you had done this or not, but if not it is a good idea.
