You’re always free to offer but unfortunately I can’t do 25% of the retail on a NWT boutique item. I’m sure you understand & then there’s hefty Posh fees which are associated with the sale. I was very upset that someone went on my page another posher and told you where to go and buy my listing cheaper. good for you I understand. But.. that is not how poshers treat each other.
