cajuncottage Hi Carole, you just purchased a Black Portfolio/Laptop Bag. It was accidentally labeled Kenneth Cole Reaction when it is actually Heritage. The first six pictures as well as description and measurements are all correct. It is a beautiful bag but unfortunately 3 pictures were mistakenly from another bag. I wanted to give you the opportunity to cancel the order if you would like to before I ship it. I apologize for the mistake. Please let me know what you would like to do.

cajuncottage I looked again at all of the pictures. The first 8 pictures are actually correct and are actual images of this bag. Only the last 3 were incorrect. I am not able to add pictures to a sold listing. I think you will like the bag. I can send it and you can send it back if you are not happy. I am so sorry for the inconvenience.

cajuncottage Your purchase was shipped at the post office last Monday December 13. I have had this happen once before when the post office shipped without scanning and the item was received at about the same time as the tracking became available. I am so sorry but I have no control over the post office. I believe you will receive it as that is what happened one other time. It was also a bigger box so they seem to skip the scan on a bigger box. I will keep checking.
