@caemmett ... Hi there. You purchased the REI pants from me. I had two pairs for sale, not two pairs for each listing, and I can see where that was unclear. The other purchaser has opened a case and accused me of being dishonest and intentionally misleading, when it genuinely was an honest mistake. If you thought you were purchasing two pairs I apologize and am happy either to have a refund process on Poshmark or drop $3 in the mail to you. Just let me know. And I’m sorry about that.

I can see where it could have been confusing, but in the case comments she is accusing me of being intentionally dishonest, a scammer, etc. Her idea of a resolution is a refund and keeping the item, plus teaching me a “lesson,” so it sounds like she has her own agenda. But I did want to reach out and apologize to you if there was any confusion, and make it right if so.

Hi Carole, thank you for your purchase from Estrella Mountain Kids’ Boutique. I just wanted to check with you on the color of the bonnet. It is more of a redish caramel ( it’s pretty) but it is not what I would call wine red. Let me know, please. It is soft and lined, so it is very warm. I have another cap that is knit and similar but more of a true wine red. What would you like me to do?
