missludic @carolinebernier thank you Caroline! I think it will be too small! I measured and it’s about 23 inches plus some stretch. So sorry I couldn’t get back to u sooner I’ve been hit with a lot of work hours since the 3rd. It’s ok if you want to cancel the order. I can tag you when I get a larger size.

bearw_me Hi, sorry you didn’t like the pants. I got them used so I have no idea about shrinkage since I am not the original owner. I have the pants in crepe (not wool) and they’re all the same fit on me
