carolinefro I received 2 emails yesterday stating “they have contacted the seller& told seller to proceed with sending correct item” direct quote! At this point I’m ready to ship the coat back to you & have you reinburse me the shipping cost! They are not following thru at all & horrible customer service

carolinefro Rosegwen- it’s Friday evening, I just got an email from Poshmark Stating they CANCELLED the order . I still want & need to give that duffel as a Xmas gift ! I did not tell them to cancel & furthermore - I have asked for return label more than 3x - they said I don’t need to send back! I am thoroughly confused- ISNT the coat someone’s order??
