lcgib @caroline_vogt Hi Carolyn, I was just preparing to ship your purchase to you (Aritzia shorts) and as I was folding them, a string came loose on a hem which has caused the hemline to become loose at the bottom of the short (i.e the inside flap of the hem can unfold)- this has happened to me before with Aritzia items (*sigh!*). It hasn't ruined the item but if you no longer want them, I can absolutely release the payment you've made. I wouldn't feel right sending them without you knowing that.

caroline_vogt @lcgib would it be possible to get them for $25? I’m not sure exactly how it would work. Would we have to cancel and then I have to offer that? I do want them. I just want to be able to wear them. 😊
