roseh2626 hello, I'm really truly sorry for all of this giant mess. your the best and most customers I believe are honest and would reship. she's had the cost and still hasn't reshipped but she is also saying in My eyes that it's possibly not a real Express Coat. She states it doesn't fit her like other express coats the same size. I'm really upset she received it on December 31st because of your kindness but she messaged me several times and never said anything about a problem.

roseh2626 she opened a complaint against me and never mentioned it and messaged with me 6 minutes prior to opening the complaint. she waited until the morning that I was supposed to get paid for the coat and opened a case.I know you definitely sent it out the same condition plus that wouldn't make it not an authentic Express Coat.
