Hi Caroline, I appreciate your comment - just as described. Lovely sweaters. Can you explain the 4 stars and the “other” checked comment - could improve. I’m always interested in improving. What could improve? It was promptly shipped and protectively packaged. And they were lovely. I’m a little confused by the 4 stars only and the could improve? Most of the country was in severe rain storms and packing in cellophane seemed safest. It did have 🎀 ribbon. What was wrong?

@cegw OK that’s good to know that everything was great. No need to choose Other. It looked like there was a problem because there were only 4 stars. 5 ⭐️ are usually usual unless there’s a disappointment, I believe. Could be wrong but that’s been my experience. Good to know you were pleased.
