sugarsole You never tried to contact me about the boots not fitting. It’s completely unfair to give me a bad review because I would have totally tried to help you out but you Never contacted me so how could I help. It’s not my fault they don’t fit but I would have gladly taken them back if you weren’t happy.

carolynlongphre @morganschrekler I understand your anger. I will happily change that rating if you will accept return of the boots. That was the only way I could get anybody's attention. When I tried to contact Poshmark about a return, I was given an error message to try later. When I tried again, I was locked out. This was the first time I used this site. I was so pleased to find your boots. I am very sorry about the way this turned out. Please let me know about returning the boots. I'll change rating

sugarsole @carolynlongphre the problem is I cant do anything now with the return. It’s not up to me. With poshmark you have to have file a case, explain to poshmark why you want to return and then they will approve it or deny the return. I have no control what so ever if a return gets accepted. I would have helped you contact poshmark that there was a problem with you wanting to file a claim. With poshmark you have 3 days to accept the boots or want to return.

sugarsole @carolynlongphre maybe just google poshmarks return policy and how they do returns and it well help. Because the sellers on the app do not accept or deny returns it’s the app that does it.
