mrscharby There is no way for me to reply to a rating.In your rating you put that your wrist was actually a size 8 but you asked for your bracelet to be 7 3/4 with the clasp and that is the size I sent. Having a 1 star rating can be very hurtful to my business.I contacted posh support to see what they can do.I will send it out Monday.Id really like it if you changed my rating back.I apologize if it didn't fit and for any confusion, I had no idea you were expecting another bracelet.

I assumed from my comment of disappointment that you would rectify the situation, and want to solve the problem, but I received no response from you, which was very disappointing. I would prefer an 8 in. as a replacement if you have not sent it. I have given nothing but a 5 star rating. You will receive a 5 star rating now. Thank you for your courtesy. Carolyn

sunchinegirl @genevaaddison They look like gray leggings to me. That is what I wanted to buy. There are white Capri pants under the gray leggings. If you are sure the gray long pants are Capri pants, I do not wear Capri pants, so you will need to take it off of my credit card. I am disappointed, but glad you knew.

rengraveline Hi @sunchinegirl Based off of your comment here’s more info about the bracelet & metals in general. The bracelet is sterling coated & base metals are hypoallergenic. Just like all jewelry, it will need to be cleaned, the frequency depends on the amount of use & should be cleaned with a sterling cleaner. The cleaners come in wipes, gel, lotion and dipping liquid. In between cleanings, you can use a less abrasive cleaner, such as the lens wipe I included.

I apologize if you expected the bracelet in solid sterling, tho would advise against it (in this bracelet style) bc of the metal’s lack of resistance to wear & tear (its VERY soft!) If you’re looking for an heirloom-like piece I suggest getting a stainless steel/sterling coated or titanium base/sterling coated metal bracelet. Expect them to be very $$$ but lasts a lifetime! I hope this helps and wish you all the best!

Also, my son has checked every afternoon, and no necklace. I came home this afternoon, and there were 3 boxes today. One was so wet, and it was my beautiful necklace in a ziplock bag. Thank you!! The box fell apart, but the necklace was awesome!
