bettymadden Hi There, The photo did not show up but I believe you have 3 days to reject and ship back free of charge? So sorry I am so confused as that sweater has barely ever been worn and I definitely never noticed it? If you want to keep and darn it I can give you a discount otherwise please return. campbellfarm @bettymadden well I guess I miss my 3 day :(. I’m so upset. It actually has two holes in it. I just mailed it back today before I saw I only had 3 days. Well please refund whatever you can guess I’ll just have to eat the rest of it 🤦🏻‍♀️

bettymadden @carriecampbe541 you don’t need to be upset I will credit the purchase. I am shocked there are holes? I’ve never seen any or I would never have listed it. That’s a very well made expensive sweater? I will credit ASAP. I sent you several messages about the 3 day because I was worried you would miss the return window.

bettymadden I just received the sweater. Those aren't damage holes it's where the intarsia got untied. A hand-knit patterned sweater like that is connected by many strings of yarn. How am I to return your money?
