ritamarbley @tootie102 Oh ok yea, they sent me a notification a couple hours ago saying the authentication process was completed & that it was on it's way to u. You will probably get an update once the P.O. scans the tracking number. I just wanted to keep u posted! ;)

ritamarbley @tootie102 WHAT?!?!?! OH NO! I am so sorry about that! You definitely should have heard something back from them. I love Poshmark but they do have lousy customer service. It takes them FOREVER to respond to any problem & they have no number that u can call either. That is definitely something they need to upgrade. Well they have already shipped it to u so hopefully they respond before u get it!

ritamarbley @tootie102 Gosh I am so sorry u have to go through that. You know, I feel like Poshmark has been in business too long to not have better customer service. It's ridiculous that u can never get in touch with them & they are so slow in responding & that needs major improving! Well I usually don't tell this but I put u a little treat in with your bag. ritamarbley @tootie102 Hey hun, yea, I think they implemented a new rule that if it has to go to PM headquarters for authenticity, they want someone to sign for it. Don't feel bad, I've made that mistake several times when I bought something over $500 & didn't know I had to be home. I think they should tell people that someone will need to sign for it. This has been a rough transaction for u, so I'm excited for u to finally get your bag, so it can all be over!!! 😘😉
