paddle_posh @caseyjsonneborn hi, so this is super unusual that Poshmark didn’t do what we asked. I think it was just too much back and forth for their automated system. Don’t return the hat. They will refund your money and you can repurchase once that happens. Usually they will just send me a new label, but because they “closed the case” that option doesn’t work now. Try and keep contact with them short and clear or else their automated system has a really hard time. And be patient :). It will all work out.

paddle_posh @caseyjsonneborn hi, this is my living and it’s against the rules to use any other platform for communication. I could get banned. I really need you to be patient and let this all work itself out. I still have the hat you want. I won’t sell it to anyone else. I’ve been snowed in and without water and electricity since Xmas so I don’t have any service where I live. I won’t be able to message you for a few days because I won’t have service.

paddle_posh Ok, you have been refunded and I re posted the hat in my closet for you to purchase. I Cannot Ship until Tuesday because of the current weather and Monday being a holiday. Please do not purchase if me waiting until Monday to ship is not ok with you. Again, I will not be able to communicate in the upcoming days.
