kateymick @yoga4joy awe yes, lovin my rock revivals. Thankyou ......i will be checking out your closet periodically cause i also love free people. Hypothyroidism can be no fun. I get it.......i am also a fellow sufferer. I tend to be skinny and skinnier......arghhhhh. Well thanks again and ill be back for visits!!!!!!

yoga4joy @kateymick How do you do it? I low up like a balloon lately? I was dropping weight now putting it back on. I had my thyroid out bc they said it was cancer so it wasn't worth keeping seeing as how I was already on thyroid replacement hormones. Thankfully they got it out in time and it wasnt actually cancer they said they cells were so similar that if theyd waited to do surgery it would have turned. That was strange info to hear but I was grateful. Do you have an insta?

yoga4joy @kateymick I'm going to be creating a YouTube channel soon bc 1/3 of women suffer from thyroid disease and most go untreated and it's the cause of so much from hair loss and panic attacks to joint pain and even as severe as causing miscarriage. Anyway you should follow me on Insta if you like. Did you cut out dairy? When I do that the lbs come off. Anyway it messes with our emotions and its a disease that ppl dont get bc they cant see it so they dont think we are struggling.

kateymick @yoga4joyi have intsagram but seldom use it .....more of a fb gal. But i will look you up. And yes thyroid problems are so underdiagnosed and yet it effects every cell in our body. I also had 2 thyroid surgeries. first showed cancer so had other side taken. Bloody nightmare if you ask me!!!!!! I dont know if you have added in cytomel to your treatment, for me it helps alot with metabolism. Nice talking to you ill search you out on Instagram
