m_cosgrove Hi Kathi, I'm so sorry that you have nit recieved your package yet. I mailed it a week ago. I filed a lost package claim days ago. Someone called me saying it was on its way and they closed the case.After still no updates as of this morning, I reopened the case.We both live in Florida. It is crazy to take this long. I'll keep you updated and I'm so sorry.

m_cosgrove Hello Cathi, Have you recieved your necklace?I have no idea what to do next.I've opened 3 lost package cases and they keep closing them.The 1st time I opened up a case the post master called me from Melbourne and said it was accidentally sent back to Opa Locka Fl. wich is the sub that our mail goes out from.I don't know what to do next. I guess I have to contact Poshmark.I am so very sorry. Mary
