suzan674 Hi Cecile , I am a new posher from Calgary and need some help. In my past few sales with likers discount and 9.99 shipping, the system is charging 13-15% on 3 $ ( ie 39 - 45 cents)shipping discount .While in Alberta we pay 5% GST. Tried to reach out the posh support a couple of times with my sale order no. A.But no luck they all the time send me a general justification why they charge tax on .It keeps adding on and stressing me. Being in Alberta I believe you will understand Please advise .

cecilesells @suzan674 Hey. They charge tax on the shipping discount based on where it is going/the tax rate where it is being shipped to/received. If something is going to Ontario, you’ll see the shipping discount will be $3.00 and the tax will be $0.39 (13% - Ontario’s standard tax rate).

cecilesells @suzan674 Hello. She (or you) needs to cancel the order and then make a bundle with both items to combine shipping! To make a bundle, you click on the little shopping bag with the plus sign on each listed item, type in her username, and then add everything she wants. Hope that helps!

jackieleelee Hi Cecile I was getting your Kate Hill skirt ready to ship and just noticed some fainted marks at the bottom of the skirt. I didn’t noticed them until now. I will re-post the listing with the pictures so you can decide if you want to cancel your order before or you still want to get the skirt.
