I see that you regularly rate sellers low, including me. I don't know what your motivation is. Maybe you think Posh will reimburse you, perhaps you just want to ruin someone's day. I photographed this dress in day light. It was true to color in photos. You got an amazing price for a beautiful, expensive item. I described it and photographed it in detail. It was beautifully packaged with a ribbon and a card attached. I mailed it on the day it was purchased. In my opinion, your perception of the color should not reflect in your rating of me as a Seller. I take great efforts and pride in my sales, to maintain high ratings. I’m very surprised that you gave me 4 stars.

Cecille, I'm sorry, but I've had to cancel your order. The dress got damaged while hanging in a plastic cover. I'm not sure it can be cleaned and I would rather not sell it to you this way. I do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
