morerocksplease @chalseylee Maybe try to go back to the notification on posh that you got regarding the payment method error and see if you can accept the sale there. I have looked on my side and I don't see a place for me to do so. I think you have to re-initiate the purchase after your correction has been made. So sorry if it's giving you trouble!

morerocksplease @chalseylee this has happened once before for another customer and she was able to re-initiate the sale from her notifications after fixing her payment method. I'll see if I can look it up and find some instructions.

chalseylee @jmoeggenborg that’s exactly what I did 👍🏻. Unfortunately it went through on the V Mo app but it’s not being reflected on posh. 🙄

morerocksplease @chalseylee that is very odd. I'm sure Poshmark will help you sort it out. Was it a V Mo debit card being used? You may be able to reach out to them as well for more info.
